BHR Capital Project (Jan/Feb '23 Forecast)

Building

• The building envelope will be completed (Roofing will be on, doors will be hung and hardware in place). Building will be secure and dry.
  
• Once all rough ins are complete (electrical, plumbing) sheetrock will be hung & interior fit-out will continue.
  
• Metal roofing will be installed on the cabanas and year-round meeting space.
  
• The main power feed from the existing transformer will be placed to the building.
  
• Bath accessories and plumbing fixtures will be placed.
  
• Lighting and HVAC controls placed.

Pool

• The plumbing work around the pool perimeter is complete and has passed all inspections.
• The piping will be backfilled with the stockpiled material.
• The pump room equipment work will begin and should be complete by the end of Feb.
• Tilling work to be completed.
• Preparations for plaster work will be made (embeds, lighting, wiring, etc).
