Architecture Control Committee (ACC)

The Architecture Control Committee (ACC) is the community committee that assists homeowners in Black Horse Run (BHR) insure that property improvements and projects are consistent with the overall look and feel of the neighborhood and are in compliance with our Covenants. Because BHR was established as a neighborhood of custom-built homes, the properties have a unique and varied feel to them. This allows for wide latitude in personal tastes and styles.  The ACC operates under the authority of ARTICLE VI of our Covenants as found on page 549 as recorded with the State of North Carolina.  We work with homeowners to insure compliance with the Covenants listed in Book 2197, pages 551-555.  In accordance with our Covenants the committee will consist of a minimum of three members.
