Fees:

• BHR Property Owners Association Quarterly Dues:  $272.00 per calendar quarter (as of January 2023).  Be aware that a capital project has been approved by the community which will result in a 10-year, annual assessment in addition to the regular POA dues.  The annual assessment will be $375 per year for the 10-year period.
