On occasion the ACC either finds or is advised of homeowners who complete projects outside of the scope of our Covenants and ACC guidelines.  This policy allows the ACC to address the unapproved or unreviewed project to insure compliance with our community directives and, in a worst case scenario, require the homeowner to stop work or removed the project.   The link below will take you to our policy, a sample letter and a copy of our project approval form.
