In light of the annual meeting not taking place as usual, we’re extending an invitation to BHR residents to join us for November’s Board of Directors meeting via Zoom. November is typically the month where residents, including equestrians and other groups, submit proposals for projects to be funded through the upcoming fiscal year budget. The November Board meeting will be Wednesday November 11th at 7:00 pm.
If you have a project you’d like to propose or would like to participate, please let Jane Burkey know so your email address can be added to the Zoom invitation. Please be aware that the meeting time may change. If you are unable to attend, your information can be submitted to Jane for the group’s consideration. It is helpful to have a cost estimate available so the group can understand what kind of resource commitment is needed.
