| After 2 1/2 years of ongoing work and collaboration with our BHR board, the team will be holding 3 community-wide sessions at our clubhouse to share the details of our project. These meetings will be held in advance of a community vote. Given that we intend to use the capital reserves, we will need a 2/3 majority to vote in favor of this plan. This will be the first of these meetings. |

| The community vote will be completed via a paper proxy. Voting proxies will be made available during the community outreach meetings. In addition, proxies will be made available on the website (for download) and in the clubhouse on or after Friday, June 3. Proxies must be turned in by Wednesday, June 15. |
